At bdwomenclothes.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy return and refund options. Please read our policy below carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Items must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Lingerie, innerwear, and personal wear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable

  • Customized or altered products

  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper care


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@bdwomenclothes.com within 2 days of receiving the product.

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear photos and Invoice.

  3. Our team will review your request and share the return instructions within 48 hours.

  4. Ship the item back to the provided address. (Return shipping is usually at the customer’s expense unless it’s a damaged or incorrect item.)


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable (unless it’s our fault).


5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Please initiate the process within 2 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.


6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever comes first.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
